Love the finer texture of this matcha compared with the ceremonial grade & it's a lot easier to mix too, although still quite an earthy (grassy) taste. However, I mix in a little bit of vanilla syrup to counteract this as I LOVE the affects of my morning matcha ritual; increased energy, improved digestive health, no nasty caffeine jitters or afternoon crash, and the anti-inflammatory benefits. Highly recommend!
I was always sceptical to try Matcha as I’m a big coffee drinker and didn’t think it was something I’d enjoy. After trying the iced maple matcha from Blended Deli in Papamoa when they released the Premium blend I was absolutely amazed and pre-ordered myself the premium blend with the sip happens box. Coffee hasn’t even been a thought since, Obsessed!
