I was a total skeptic as coffee is my fave BUT I have converted to the ‘Matcha Mob’ and look forward to my ritual each morning.. with coconut milk and dash of maple syrup. I don’t get the lows I used to with caffeine, zero headaches so this is a hugely positive replacement for me while I journey towards a better me 🙌
